Welcome to thepowerlevel.Today we will introduce some information about shaman for you.

Keep in mind that dungeons are always faster then open maps, so oftentimes soloing there is faster. Although there is no specific way to lvl a class, I stronly suggest you keep the mobs at about the same lvl as you. Fighting mobs that are too high will see you take penelties when attacking, and too low will penelize your xp rate.

As for your build, dont focus any attention on dexterity. Dexterity is only needed for pvp, and you stated that you dont pvp.

You should focus on agility and wisdom. Wisdom is by far more important for solo and parties, but having a bit of agility is always welcome as well.

As for gear, try to obtain as much as you can from other players instead of getting your stuff via NPCs. Alched armos and weapons give better stats, and usually the more honest merchants will sell you them for a better price then what you would at an NPC.
